STRAWBERRY PUDDING RECIPE






Strawberry Pudding Ingredients:

    3 cups cold milk
    2 cups sugar
    3 tbsp custard powder
    1 packet Marie Biscuits
    1-1/2 cup fresh cream
    1 packet strawberry jelly
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1 tin cherries

How to make Strawberrry Pudding:


  •     In a small bowl, add custard powder and 1/2 cup milk.
  •     Mix until custar has dissolved.
  •     In a sauce pan, add remaining milk.
  •     Boil and add 3 tbsp sugar.
  •     Then add dissolve custard.
  •     Stir continuously until it thickens.
  •     Remove from the heat.
  •     Stir vanilla essence in it.
  •     Take it out in a serving bowl.
  •     Leave it cool then place in the refrigerator until chill.
  •     Make strawberry jelly according to the directions.
  •     Let it cool and refrigerate until firm.
  •     Then take it out.
  •     Finely grind remaining sugar and put it into the cream.
  •     Beat until it thickens.
  •     Remove the seeds of cherries then drain.
  •     Place 1/2 of the custard in a serving bowl.
  •     Spread  strawberry jelly over it.
  •     Place Marie biscuits on the jelly.
  •     Spread cherries on the Marie biscuits.
  •     Now put the remaining jelly and custard.
  •     Cover and chill for  2 hours or until set.

   
Strawberry Pudding is ready to serve.
