Fruit Custard Pudding Recipe






Fruit Custard Pudding Ingredients:


  •     1 pound plain cake
  •     2 cups fresh cream
  •     1 cup sugar
  •     4 cups fresh milk
  •     4 tbsp custard powder
  •     1 tin cocktail fruits
  •     1 packet strawberry jelly
  •     1 apple, peeled & cored
  •     1 orange, sliced
  •     1 cup grapes, seedless
  •     4-5 cherries

How to make Fruit Custard Pudding:


  •     Cut plain cake into two halves.
  •     Prepare jelly according to the directions.
  •     Then let it cool.
  •     In a large bowl, beat cream until fluffy.
  •     Cut all fruits into small pieces.
  •     Dissolve custard in a 1/4 cup milk.
  •     In a saucepan, boil remaining milk.
  •     Add sugar and dissolved custard.
  •     Stir frequently until it thickens.
  •     Remove from the heat.
  •     Place one cake piece in a serving dish.
  •     Then Put custard on it
  •     Spread  fruits over it.
  •     Then spread  jelly on it.
  •     Cover with  another cake piece.
  •     Place remaining custard and fruits on it.
  •     Top with cream.
  •     Garnish with cherries.
  •     Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until chill.
  •     Fruit Custard Pudding is ready to serve.
