Bean Burgers Recipe






Bean Burgers Ingredients:

  •     2 cups beans, boiled & mashed
  •     1/2 cup wheat germs
  •     1/4 cup sunflower seeds, ground
  •     1 onion, chopped
  •     1/2 tsp red chili powder
  •     salt to taste
  •     2 tbsp vegetable oil
  •     6 burger buns
  •     1/2 cup mayonnaise
  •     1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  •     lettuce leaves

How to make Bean Burgers:

  •     In a large bowl, combine 1st six ingredients together.
  •     Mix well.
  •     Then shape into 6 round patties.
  •     Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
  •     Lightly greased a baking tray.
  •     Place patties over it.
  •     Place baking dish in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  •     Remove from the oven and set aside.
  •     Cut burger buns into halves by using sharp knife.
  •     Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on each burger half.
  •     Place the bean patties between two halves.
  •     Heat on griddle or pan for 30 seconds.
  •     Garnished with lettuce leaves.
    Bean Burger’s are ready to serve.
